One of the best things about being a florist is seeing the way people smile when we deliver a surprise bunch of flowers. The biggest smiles are always when someone reads a note that says, "Thank you!"

So who deserves your thanks this month? Write to us at admin@balwynblooms.com.au, tell us who deserves your thanks and why, and the best entry will receive a bunch of flowers, delivered to the person you want to thank. And we'll publish (identifing information removed, of course!) your story in an upcoming newsletter.

We had a fantastic time this Mother's Day. It's our busiest day of the year, and we want to thank you for helping make it one of the most fun, too.

Team Profile: Klaartje Torfs

Klaartje (KLAA-cha) grew up surrounded by art and flowers, so being a florist comes naturally to her. She joins the team at Balwyn Florist after her travels throughout Europe - we're lucky to have snared her from her Belgium roots.

She loves painting and drawing, nature, and playing sports. Her favourite thing about floristry - apart from getting to be creative! - is putting together both modern and creative style arrangements.

Mother's Day Hamper Prize Draw
