Did you know that we offer a corporate arrangement service? We can keep your office or home looking fresh and smart with a new arrangement every week. We can make something up to suit your colour scheme, likes and budget, and deliver it to you weekly. Delivery is free for our regular corporate customers, and we provide any vases you might need.

Did you know we can do the flowers for your wedding? We always have a wedding specialist on site to sit down with you and discuss your ideas. Here's what happens when you make an appointment to speak with our specialist:

• We send you a welcome kit, including a Wish List full of prompts and space to write down your ideas for your dream day.
  
• You bring your Wish List, your ideas, and anyone you want to be part of the design process to meet with us. We sit down over a coffee and talk about your perfect day.
  
• You make your final decision, either when we meet or later on if you need more time to consider. We let our growers know which special flowers to reserve just for you.
  
• We're there to support you the whole way along. Call us at any time leading up to your wedding date.
  
• We deliver the flowers to wherever you need them to be on your special day.

Remember, as one of our VIPs, you can have your flowers delivered anywhere in the Eastern Suburbs for $6.80.

You also have access to our Reminder Service, so you never forget another important occasion again. Just enter your special dates on our website, and register to receive either an SMS or email message the day before the occasion. Think of the worries you'll save yourself!

All you need to do is log in to your VIP account at our website, and update your reminders. Your user name is your email address (which should be the address you receive this newsletter at - any problems, please email as at admin@balwynblooms.com.au). Your password is 'welcome', unless you've set up something different.
