New newsletter format

You might have noticed you've been hearing from us less often. It's not that we don't love talking with our VIPs, it's that we listened to your feedback and moved to a seasonal rather than monthly newsletter. We hope you enjoy it!

Here at Balwyn Blooms, it often makes us smile when we read the messages our customers send to their loved ones. But we had a first recently... a bunch of flowers sent to a new puppy from some interstate canine friends.

That's some persuasive puppy eyes!

Remember, as one of our VIPs, you can have your flowers delivered anywhere in the Eastern Suburbs for $6.80.

You also have access to our Reminder Service, so you never forget another important occasion again. Just enter your special dates on our website, and register to receive either an SMS or email message the day before the occasion. Think of the worries you'll save yourself!

All you need to do is log in to your VIP account at our website, and update your reminders. Your user name is your email address (which should be the address you receive this newsletter at - any problems, please email us at admin@balwynblooms.com.au). Your password is 'welcome', unless you've set up something different.
